Do you lead your construction site team with oversight, organize proactively, and stand for clean execution? Then we would like to get to know you.

For our client, an established family business based in Goldau, we are looking for an experienced foreman as part of an early-planned succession due to retirement. You can expect demanding projects in civil engineering and engineering civil engineering, especially for public clients.

YOUR TASKS:

• Independent management and organization of construction sites in civil engineering and engineering civil engineering in close cooperation with construction management
• Leadership, instruction, and coordination of employees on the construction site
• Ensuring a smooth construction site process regarding quality, deadlines, costs, and occupational safety
• Creating the weekly plan and coordinating personnel, machines, and material
• Digital reporting using iPad as well as recording and documentation of measurements
• Representing the company on the construction site towards the client and construction management

YOUR PROFILE:

• Training as a foreman or supervisor with corresponding leadership and construction site experience
• Many years of practical experience in civil, road, and engineering civil engineering
• Experience with projects for public clients and corresponding references is an advantage
• Strong leadership and organizational skills as well as clear communication
• Independent, proactive, and economical way of working
• Confident handling of digital tools and willingness for digital reporting
• Care and enjoyment in reporting, measurement recording, and documentation
• Assertiveness, commitment, and team spirit
• Good German skills for construction site management and exchange with the client and construction management
