Swissport International S.A. in Geneva is looking for the Cargo unit, a/an     TEAM MANAGER CARGO (M/F/D) OCCUPATION RATE | 100% STATION | GENÈVE AÉROPORT     MISSION   Guarantee optimal administrative and operational functioning of your unit. Lead and supervise all personnel under your responsibility, ensure the management and promote the personal development of the Duty Managers reporting to you. Be the guarantor of safety, quality, customer satisfaction and Swissport values.     MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES   • Ensure optimal functioning of the unit in all aspects, in collaboration with the other Team Managers and the Head of Cargo • Ensure the engagement and operational efficiency of staff while respecting allocated budgets and operational needs • Supervise and motivate staff by setting measurable management objectives and ensuring regular follow-up • Ensure a proactive "Key Account Manager" role with our customers and contact them regularly / spontaneously, initiate required actions and report systematically to the Head of Cargo • Develop and optimize operational procedures to improve performance and service quality • Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and compliance in connection with airport regulations and Swissport standards • Analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and propose corrective actions to optimize the efficiency of the unit • Ensure continuous training and skills development of employees to promote their evolution within the company • Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and Swissport strategic initiatives      SKILLS PROFILE   • Proven experience as a Manager in the logistics field • Experience in airport operations or air freight is an asset • Excellent knowledge of operational processes and resource management, from planning to execution • Natural leadership, ability to inspire and unite teams in a demanding and constantly evolving environment • Developed communication skills, diplomacy and interpersonal ease to interact with customers and internal teams • Strong capacity for analysis and decision-making, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach • Excellent command of French and English, spoken and written • Ability to write procedures and work instructions, from business correspondence to attention of our customers • Full mastery of required IT tools, knowledge of systems used in air freight management is an asset     WE OFFER   • Interesting work in the dynamic environment of the aviation industry • Enriching experience and versatile work in a multicultural company • An open-ended employment contract with an activity rate of 100% • Own pension fund (www.pv-swissport.ch) • Reduced rates on flights, discounts with partners and other offers   EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS   Employment contract: open-ended Activity rate: 100% Working hours: regular, except special cases and duty on certain weekends     SCHEDULE   Start date: to be agreed   If this opportunity interests you, please apply online (CV, cover letter, copies of diplomas and work certificates). No applications by email will be accepted.
