As part of the reinforcement of its teams, a recognized hospital establishment in the lausannoise region is looking for Midwives (M/F) for temporary missions.

You will join a committed multidisciplinary team and contribute to supporting patients throughout their maternity journey, in a demanding and human professional environment.

Your responsibilities
--------------------

• Ensure the follow-up of patients before, during, and after childbirth.
• Take charge of physiological births and participate in obstetrical monitoring.
• Ensure the well-being of the mother and the newborn.
• Accompany and support families throughout their stay.
• Collaborate closely with medical and nursing teams.
• Guarantee the quality and safety of care in accordance with current protocols.

Your profile
------------

• Midwife diploma recognized in Switzerland or foreign title with Swiss Red Cross recognition.
• Experience in maternity and/or delivery room desired.
• Sense of responsibility and excellent adaptability.
• Team spirit, benevolence, and recognized interpersonal skills.
• Availability for temporary missions according to your wishes.
