Deputy Group Leader 80 - 100 % with Additional Function as Vocational Trainer Your tasks You will support the group leader in administrative, organizational, and technical matters. The focus of the activity is to ensure individual, professional, and person-centered care and support. Active participation in care and support forms the basis for the further development of care quality and the support of the care team. Furthermore, you will promote constructive and trusting cooperation with relatives and other interprofessional partners. As a vocational trainer, you will be responsible for accompanying, promoting, and supporting trainees. What we expect • Training as a health professional EFZ or as a specialist in long-term care and support • Training as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete it • Enthusiasm for accompanying and promoting trainees • Empathy for the lifestyle of the residents, sincere and appreciative communication, team spirit, and high motivation and willingness to work • Professional experience in long-term care, ideally with initial experience in a deputy function • Sense of responsibility, organizational talent, and high social competence • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work • Knowledge of RAI LTCF and careCoach is an advantage What we offer A varied, interesting, and versatile activity in a manageable residential group with 20 residents, where relationships and individuality can be lived.
