Your activities ##

• Operative and strategic leadership of the internal logistics team
• Leadership of the directly subordinate employees including personnel deployment, vacation, and training planning
• Organization of the operative daily operations in Plant 1+2 with the areas of goods receipt, order picking and internal transport.
• Responsible for the mapping of processes in the ERP system
• Planning, steering and controlling of material flows and material availability
• Ensuring cost-effective warehouse management and logistics
• Continuous analysis and optimization of internal and external process flows
• Collaboration and partial leadership of national and international logistics projects.
• Organization of the annual rolling inventory

Your profile ##

• Completed vocational training (e.g. Logistiker EFZ)
• Further training as Logistikfachmann / Logistikfachfrau eidg. Fachausweis
• Several years of leadership experience
• Good IT skills and ERP user knowledge, ideally with Microsoft D365
• Negotiating skills and healthy assertiveness
• Structured and networked way of thinking, as well as independent and solution-oriented
• Very good German and good English skills in speaking and writing
