Employee: Sales, Administration and Customer Service # Tasks • Customer service and the information center are your responsibility. • With patience and commitment, you serve and advise our discerning customers. • You are also responsible for the cash desk. • You are in charge of receiving and processing customer orders as well as customer complaints. • Thanks to your overview, the cash, mail, and delivery cycle are ensured. Requirements • You have vocational training in retail or as a merchant. • Experience in administrative areas and at the cash desk distinguish you. • Your German language skills are very good - in word and writing. English and French are a plus. • Flexible working hours (Mon-Sat) are a matter of course for you in sales. • Customer contact and teamwork give you pleasure.
