In order to complete our Customer Support, based in Morges, we are looking for a Customer Advisor (f/m) 80-100% - 1 year fixed-term contract In order to complete our Customer Support, based in Morges, we are looking for a Customer Advisor (f/m) 80-100% - 1 year fixed-term contract Profile - CFC as a commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent. - Benefiting from a few years of experience in a similar position. - Comfortable with telephone contacts as well as administrative tasks. - Very strong customer orientation and sense of service. - Affable, responsible, and endowed with great ease of adaptation and learning. - French native speaker and having good knowledge of German or English. - Very comfortable with IT tools (SAP/CRM an asset). - Excellent stress management and sense of priorities. Responsibilities - Answer calls from our customers, both external and internal. - Analyze each request in order to provide the adequate solution. - Guarantee quality services. - Process mail and emails. - Be able to find solutions quickly.
