Key Account Management Assistant (m/f/d), 60-80% What you will do with us: Support our Key Account Managers in administrative matters such as appointment coordination, project support and organization of business trips and ensuring deadline compliance Contact person for our customers' concerns in various processes and for our internal specialist departments Independent planning, support and processing of customer inquiries, -data and -contracts and their skillful prioritization Recording our customer evaluations and determining internal measures for their improvement in cooperation with the Key Account Managers What you should bring: A commercial basic training Completed further training in the technical or commercial field (e.g. Technical Clerk, Sales Specialist) is an advantage 2-3 years of professional experience in administration or in internal sales SAP and Jira knowledge is an advantage Communicative, resilient and independent personality with a structured, organized and efficient way of working Very good German (level C1/C2) and good English skills (at least level B2) in spoken and written form, Spanish skills are an advantage What we offer you: International working environment with a positive team spirit Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths Familiar working atmosphere in a demanding working environment Diverse and forward-looking design opportunities Individual development opportunities and participation in further training Do you feel addressed?
