The Bürgerliches Waisenhaus, with its pedagogical network, enables babies, children, adolescents, and young adults to receive promotion and care appropriate to their age and development.

The offering in the family and school-supplementary sector includes four Kitas, two day structures, and around 50 day families. The Bürgerliches Waisenhaus promotes the compatibility of family and career. At four attractive locations, the Kitas Dalbehof, Gellert, St. Jakob and the Kita in the Waisenhaus offer a professional care service for children from 3 months to approx. 9 years / up to the third primary level.

For the Kita St. Jakob, we are looking for, as of now or by arrangement, a

Childcare Specialist EFZ as Group Leader (f, m, d) 80 to 100% - Kita St. Jakob

Area of responsibility:

• Responsibility for leading a mixed-age group of children
• Ensuring high-quality care for the children
• Coordination and ensuring of the Kita operations in cooperation with the Kita management
• Co-responsibility for the leadership of the subordinate team
• Instruction and support of apprentices

Requirements:

• You have a degree as FaBe K EFZ
• You have several years of professional experience as FaBe K EFZ
• You have high pedagogical specialist knowledge
• Joy, patience, and motivation in working with children and in teamwork
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility
• Willingness for personal further development
