Responsibilities
You assist the chef de rang in the organization and smooth running of the dining room service.
You ensure the mise en place and setting of tables before service.
You ensure the cleanliness, order and proper appearance of the dining room.
You participate actively in the smooth running of the service and in client satisfaction.
You collaborate effectively with the kitchen and the entire dining room team.
Profile sought
You have an initial experience in catering, even if acquired as part of an internship or apprenticeship.
You have an excellent presentation, are courteous and have a true sense of service.
You are dynamic, reactive and enjoy teamwork.
You know how to follow instructions with rigor and work effectively under pressure.
You know and respect hygiene and food safety rules.
You master French; knowledge of English or another foreign language constitutes an asset.
You are punctual, motivated and wish to evolve in the field of catering.
