Clerk Finance and Accounting with a focus on Accounting & Controlling (100%)

For our Swiss location in Regensdorf, we are looking for a motivated personality with a passion for numbers, a structured way of working and an interest in developing further in both accounting and controlling. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take on responsibility in close cooperation with the Head of Finance and gradually get to know additional tasks in reporting and controlling.

Your area of responsibility

• Financial Accounting: You independently manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset accounting for defined areas.
• Cash Management & Taxes: You take responsibility for account reconciliations, payment transactions, dunning processes as well as VAT returns.
• Closing: You participate in monthly, quarterly and annual closings and gradually take over your own closing areas.
• Reporting: You create evaluations, key figures and reports for the local management.
• Controlling: You support the financial management of the company through analyses of revenue, margin and costs, create target-actual comparisons and gradually develop into an important contact person for budgeting and forecasting.
• ERP & Processes: You maintain master data in SAP and actively help drive the optimization of processes and workflows.
• Business Partnering: You develop into a central contact person for accounting and controlling topics within the Swiss organization.

Your profile

• Education: Commercial basic training with initial further training in finance and accounting.

A federal diploma of higher education (eidg. Fachausweis) in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification is a plus.

• Experience: Initial professional experience in accounting, for example as an accounting clerk.
• Languages: Proficient German as well as good English skills for exchange within our global group.
• IT Skills: Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel). SAP knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Personality: You are a loyal team player with an exact way of working, enjoy taking on responsibility and keep a cool head even in hectic times. You have an interest in business contexts as well as controlling and reporting topics.
