What you drive * You lead, coach, and develop your team (20-25 employees) to peak performance. * You control the production and delivery processes and ensure timely deliveries. * You continuously optimize processes (Lean, Kaizen) to increase efficiency and quality. * You ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards. * You coordinate interfaces with purchasing, technology, and quality management.
