Your future begins here # You are part of our B2B Application Security team, which works according to agile methods and is passionately dedicated to the challenges in the field of IT security. • Responsibility for the architecture governance of our Agile Release Train (ART) as well as leading our Architecture Circle • Functional leadership as well as coaching and mentoring of engineers and architects • Design, development and continuous further development of highly available and scalable system architectures in accordance with company and customer requirements • Close cooperation with engineering, operations and architecture teams to implement holistic end-to-end architecture solutions • Leading migration initiatives and ensuring a smooth transformation of existing system landscapes • Definition, documentation and establishment of architecture standards, best practices and governance models within our ART Your Skills • Passion for architecture, high self-motivation and a pronounced hands-on mentality combined with a strong system engineering background • Fluent German and English skills • Experience in the implementation of security controls to ensure holistic system security and reliability, for example in the areas of Security & Infrastructure as Code, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Key Management Systems (KMS), Security Monitoring and Auditing • Experience in the transformation of architectures and leading complex migrations across all levels of the technology stack • Experience in the development of platforms as well as in automation through software development and the use of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) as well as CI/CD principles • Demonstrable experience as an IT architect with the ability to design products from scratch, structure their development and be responsible for the end-to-end implementation With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or from your home office.
