Our client, Alder + Eisenhut AG, has been the leading Swiss provider for gym equipment, sports equipment, as well as stage construction and stage technology for over 135 years. The traditional company based in Ebnat-Kappel combines a strong market presence, high manufacturing competence, and long-standing customer relationships with a clear future orientation.

In the course of succession planning and further company development, we are looking for a personality who will actively help shape the market presence, customer relationships, and the further development of the department.

Head of Sales & Marketing, Member of the Executive Board (w/m/d)

Main tasks:

• Leadership and further development of the Sales & Marketing department with around 25 employees
• Responsibility for the sale of sports equipment (in-house production and commercial products) and technical sales
• Support and strategic further development of Key Accounts and the maintenance of long-term customer relationships
• Responsibility for the After Sales area (sports and stage business sectors)
• Product and assortment management for all sports equipment, incl. pricing
• Planning and implementation of demanding large-scale projects, especially in the area of artistic gymnastics halls
• Responsibility for Brand Management, sales documents, and sponsoring
• Support and development of the network of partners and associations
• As a member of the Executive Board, promotion and representation of the overall interests of the company

Requirements:

• Completed higher business administration education or corresponding professional experience with further training (Higher Federal Diploma of Specialization or University of Applied Sciences)
• Many years of professional experience, preferably in the sports industry
• Proven leadership competence in multi-level team leadership
• Positive charisma and strong appearance to inspire employees, customers, and partners
• Future-oriented and progressive in mindset
• Will to take responsibility and actively help shape the company
• Ideally interest or experience in artistic gymnastics/gymnastics sports
• Good German and French skills in spoken and written form
