We will train you internally at VBL in just 4 to 7 weeks to become a trolleybus or bus driver – with full salary and without training costs for you. You complete the training full-time. Afterwards, there is the possibility to reduce the workload. From October 2026, we will have training positions available again. This is what you can move. You move Luzern and make a difference every day for hundreds of passengers with your friendly and courteous manner. If there are questions, you provide helpful information and thus contribute to the positive and sympathetic atmosphere of Luzern. You take responsibility for the punctual and safe transport of our passengers, for safe road traffic in Luzern and for our vehicles. This is what you bring with you. You have completed basic training, ideally in the service sector. You have held a driving license Cat. B for at least 3 years and have good and safe driving practice. You enjoy contact with customers and convince through your sympathetic, service-oriented appearance. Very good German skills, oral and written, are required (at least level B2 incl. certificate). You have an unblemished reputation. You use digital working tools competently. You reside in the Luzern region and see irregular working hours as an advantage to enjoy your free time while others are working. This is what distinguishes us.
