Your tasks

• Independent management of condominiums
• Organization and implementation of owners' meetings
• Preparation of budgets and annual financial statements
• Support of owners and tenants in all matters
• Coordination and supervision of maintenance and renovation work
• Cooperation with internal and external partners

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the real estate sector (e.g., Property Manager/in with federal diploma)
• Experience in the management of condominiums
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with people
• Good IT skills (MS Office, property management software Immotop2 is an advantage)
• Proficient German in speaking and writing
