• You lead a team of three specialists professionally and personally and create the conditions for competent and trustful cooperation
• Responsibility for timely and qualitatively flawless payroll processing including year-end tasks, withholding taxes and social security as well as for compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• You advise employees and managers competently on wage and social security topics and represent LUKS towards authorities, social security institutions and auditing bodies
• Active participation in cross-departmental projects as well as further development of payroll processes through digitalization, automation and continuous optimization

Your experience ###

• You have further training in the field of payroll, social security or Human Resources, several years of professional experience in a comparable function as well as very good knowledge of SAP HCM and MS Office. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR systems is an advantage
• Several years of leadership experience as well as the ability to accompany employees in an appreciative manner, provide orientation and promote their professional and personal development
• You work analytically, in a structured and quality-conscious manner and recognize potentials for the optimization and digitalization of processes
• Strong consulting and communication competence as well as the ability to convey complex issues understandably and to work successfully with different stakeholder groups
