For a large Geneva watch manufacturer, we are recruiting various positions related to the finishing of watch decoration components:
Watchmaking finisher position
You will be responsible for performing the complete watch finishing of a watch component.
In this context, we are looking for people possessing the following skills:

• CFC finisher / AFP in polishing
• Experience in preparation, felting, polishing, satinating or brightening of parts
• Experience with one of the following metals: brass, Steel, Titanium, precious metals
• Ability to carry out large series with consistency.

Multi-skilled finishing operator position
You will be responsible for performing finishing on automatic and semi-automatic machines (polishing, satinating, brightening, lapidary, felting) but also decoration operations on machine (sunburst, perlage, côtes...).
You will also ensure the aesthetic control of your parts-
In this context, we are looking for people possessing the following skills:

• Training involving automated machines or polishing
• Industrial or high-paced experience with an aesthetic eye
• Good visual acuity, excellent dexterity, rigor and precision.
