Operator for ordinary cleaning and maintenance

The employer is looking for two:

ordinary cleaning 1 (reported profession)

Main tasks:

• ordinary maintenance and upkeep of company spaces within a package of subscription interventions (recurring).
• dusting and sanitization of workstations, desks and meeting rooms.
• cleaning, washing and disinfection of toilets and break areas/kitchens.
• washing and vacuuming of floors (hard surfaces and carpets).
• emptying waste bins and managing separate waste collection.
• monitoring and restocking of consumable materials (soap, toilet paper, towels).

Requirements:

• previous experience in the professional cleaning sector (experience in the office/company environment is a preferential qualification).
• precision, punctuality, maximum seriousness and discretion.
• availability to work in flexible time slots [e.g. early in the morning before 08:00 or in the evening after 17:30].
• with flexibility in travel
• knowledge of the Italian language
• driving license cat.B
• having own vehicle (constitutes an advantage)
