For the client-side management of real estate and construction projects, we are looking for an experienced personality with a holistic overview of development, planning, and realization.

Your tasks

• Client representation towards planners, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders
• Project management from target definition and variant studies to handover
• Management of costs, deadlines, qualities, and risks
• Support of preliminary design, permit, tender, and execution
• Preparation of decision-making bases for owners and investors
• Coordination of interdisciplinary teams and contract negotiations

Your profile

• Degree in architecture or civil engineering (ETH/FH/HF) or equivalent higher vocational training
• Several years of experience as a client representative and/or general project manager in Swiss structural engineering
• Secure knowledge of SIA processes and common standards
• Business fluent German, assertive and independent
• Workload 80-100 %
