High-quality fresh chocolate - that is what the Swiss chocolate manufacturer Läderach stands for. In our production, we produce fresh coatings from high-quality raw materials. Subsequently, we process and refine the liquid chocolates in our chocolate manufacturer into FrischSchoggi, Pralinés, Truffes, figures and much more. You will get the chance to complete a multi-year EFZ apprenticeship in the field of food technology in one of our production sites. There, you will learn how food samples are taken and examined for their chemical and microbiological properties.
