Spitex Coordinator/ FaGe German/Albanian (60-100%)

On behalf of our client, a sympathetic, renowned and rapidly growing Spitex organization (PA model) with a sympathetic corporate culture (seats in, among others, Stadt Bern and Zürich, central location, parking spaces in front of the building), we are looking for an experienced FaGe for coordination and case accompaniment to expand the multi-cultural team for the new seat in Bern (direct station location).

In this versatile function, you are part of a collegial, dynamic team (Dipl. Pflegefachperson/FaGe/PA in care) and, as a competent specialist, you take on the accompaniment/coaching of the caring relatives (PA), who take over the care/nursing of the clients on site. You participate in case management, are on site for needs assessments and support the PA with regular visits to clients and in their training/instruction. You support the case documentation, coordinate billing with the health insurance companies and ensure optimal client care as well as the provision of nursing services. As a communicative personality, you also find active cooperation and the exchange of information with internal departments (deployment planning, Dipl. Pflegefachkollegen) as well as external contact persons (authorities, health insurance companies, caring relatives as well as the care team) easy. You work regular working hours (Monday to Friday, approx. 08.00-17.00 - flexibly designable).

To be successful in this exciting job, you have completed training as a Fachperson Gesundheit (FaGe) or an equivalent education and/or further training (or are in training for this). In addition, you have already been able to gain versatile practical experience in coordination in the nursing sector (ideally including Spitex). You enjoy supporting a wide variety of people in everyday life, instructing and accompanying relatives in care, and building a professional relationship based on trust. You communicate fluently in German as well as in Albanian. You work with a high degree of independence, are well organized and have great capacity for instruction as well as a healthy dose of humor.
