The Directorate of Real Estate and Operations designs the hospital infrastructure of the future and is responsible for operational services. Hotel services ensure the gastronomic well-being of patients, employees, and visitors. As an employee of patient hotel services, you are the contact person 7 days a week for non-medical needs, especially regarding food and drink. Be a host on the nursing ward! What to expect <br /> • Individual consultation of patients regarding menu and drink selection as well as electronic ordering via Logimen and Epic • Serving meals and drinks in compliance with quality and hygiene standards • Close cooperation with the interfaces of nursing and cleaning • Work in early and late shifts (06:30 to 14:15 / 12:00 to 20:00) with approx. two free weekends per month <br /> What you bring with you <br /> • Completed training in hotel/gastronomy or sound professional experience in a comparable position • Confident handling of PC and digital workflows • Strong host mentality, resilience, and professional appearance even in hectic situations • Very good oral German skills for warm communication; other languages an advantage <br /> Our offer <br /> • A collegial and committed team that values respectful cooperation and a pleasant working atmosphere • A versatile and responsible area of responsibility in a lively and meaningful working environment • A structured, careful, and comprehensive introduction that enables you an optimal start in your new task <br /> Questions about the position?
