Senior Electricity Project Manager Your mission: You ensure the technical and operational management of electrical projects, from the study phase to completion. A true field person, you play a central role in the coordination of stakeholders, the monitoring of companies, and the proper execution of works. You are able to advance projects with pragmatism, common sense, and efficiency. Your responsibilities: Management and monitoring of electrical projects Development of technical concepts and monitoring of studies Coordination with architects, mandatories, and companies Participation in technical meetings and site visits Control of plans and installations Monitoring of execution and commissioning Analysis of technical variants and optimization of solutions Participation in calls for tender and submissions Monitoring of costs, deadlines, and quality of services Anticipation and resolution of site issues Profile sought: Technical skills Engineering degree in the field of building electricity or deemed equivalent Confirmed experience in electrical project management (min. 5 years) Good mastery of high current and low current installations Good knowledge of Swiss standards (NIBT/OIBT) Site experience indispensable Mastery of standard IT tools Human qualities Good interpersonal skills and sense of communication Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders Field presence and practical spirit Sense of responsibility Autonomy and rigor Ability to manage priorities and complex situations Solution-oriented approach Above all, we are looking for a reliable, involved person capable of advancing projects in a constructive and professional spirit.
