For the IT department, we are looking for a business informatics specialist with a focus on operations and data analysis, 100%, to start immediately or by agreement at the Solothurn location. Your responsibility • You ensure a stable and smooth operation of our specialist applications. In doing so, you can analyze, rectify, and develop sustainable solutions for disruptions in ongoing operations. • You accompany deployments, patches, and system updates and ensure operational readiness. • You work on large-scale productions such as tax return shipping and pre-deduction. • You document system configurations, operating processes, and evaluations precisely and work closely with internal specialist departments and external service providers. Your profile • You have completed training in business informatics (FH or HF). • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL is required. • Experience in creating specialist evaluations and in IT operations, ideally in a public or regulated environment, is an advantage. • You are characterized by a reliable, solution-oriented way of working with a high level of quality awareness and team spirit.
