Your tasks You
are responsible for 1st and 2nd Level Support.
answer and solve incoming IT requests on site, via telephone, e-mail or ticket system.
document fault reports and solutions in the ticket system.
install and configure computer hardware and software, printers and scanners.
support users with hardware and software problems.
Your profile You
have completed training ideally as an ICT-Fachmann/Fachfrau.
are a customer- and service-oriented person, for whom quality is important and who likes to work independently and solution-oriented.
are determined, show initiative and willingness to cooperate. In addition, you have good communication skills.
have good written and oral German skills. English skills at least at A2 level.
