Deputy Nursing Service Manager – Uznach location

To strengthen our team at the Uznach location, we are looking for a committed and responsible deputy nursing service manager. In this role, you will support the nursing service manager in professional and organizational leadership and take over the corresponding deputy role in their absence.

Areas of responsibility:

• Deputy and support for the nursing service manager at the Uznach location
• Shared responsibility for the professional and organizational leadership of the nursing team
• Creation, coordination, and ongoing adjustment of deployment and tour planning
• Ensuring demand-oriented and economical personnel deployment planning
• Organization of short-term changes in the event of absences, illness, or changed client situations
• Carrying out needs assessments and assessments
• Planning, management, and evaluation of the nursing process
• Implementation and coordination of complex basic and treatment care
• Professional guidance and support of employees
• Support during case discussions as well as in complex nursing situations
• Cooperation with doctors, relatives, insurance companies, hospitals, and other specialist agencies
• Ensuring complete and professional nursing documentation
• Shared responsibility for nursing quality, hygiene, safety, and compliance with internal standards
• Participation in the introduction and guidance of new employees
• Participation in internal training as well as in the professional development of the team
• Support in the further development of the Uznach location and regional nursing services
• Assumption of leadership and coordination tasks in the absence of the nursing service manager

Your profile:

• Diploma as a registered nurse HF or FH or an equivalently recognized qualification
• Professional experience in nursing, preferably in the outpatient sector / Spitex
• Interest or experience in a deputy leadership role
• Good knowledge of nursing planning, nursing documentation, and the nursing process
• Experience in deployment and tour planning is an advantage
• Organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Enjoyment of working with employees, clients, and external specialist agencies
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B is an advantage
