ICT Architect / Solution Architect

Solution Architecture for a new emergency tool! Our client is a leading Swiss financial company and is implementing a dedicated, cross-portfolio project to introduce a new emergency tool. At the center are a holistic IT solution architecture, the integration of an external standard solution into the existing system landscape, and the ensuring of a stable, secure, and sustainably operable solution. For this demanding project, we are looking for you as: ICT Architect / Solution Architect # YOUR TASKS In this responsible role, you will take over the solution architecture for the new emergency tool and create the design of a holistic IT solution architecture. In doing so, you will take into account existing system landscapes, technical standards, and overarching target images. You will develop, document, and communicate the solution architecture and accompany concept and implementation reviews. In doing so, you ensure that the solution meets the requirements regarding scalability, security, performance, and maintainability. Another focus lies on the integration of the purchased or standard software used into the existing IT landscape. You will work closely with Business, Product Owners, as well as development and infrastructure teams, advise on technical questions, and ensure targeted coordination of all relevant stakeholders. YOUR PROFILE You have 8-12 years of experience in the field of ICT or Solution Architecture and bring sound experience in the integration of purchased and standard software. Particularly important are your in-depth knowledge in infrastructure, network, and adjacent technical areas. You understand complex IT landscapes, recognize technical dependencies, and develop robust and practical solution architectures from them. At the same time, you communicate confidently with different stakeholders and can convey technical concepts understandably and convincingly. Very good German and English skills at level C1 are required. YOUR PERSPECTIVES You will take on a central expert role in a dedicated, cross-portfolio project. In doing so, you will work in a DevOps team that integrates the solution together with the supplier, and you will actively help shape the technical foundation for successful implementation. The project starts or will be continued with Temenos after contract signature. The necessary architecture work is urgent and forms an essential prerequisite for further activities. The mandate runs from 01.09.2026 to 31.12.2027, with a workload of 100 % and a total of 280 person-days.
