STB Personal AG is looking for committed Healthcare Specialists EFZ with enjoyment in a demanding and versatile activity for our clients in the psychiatric field.

Your tasks

• Care and accompaniment of the patients
• Execution of basic and treatment care
• Support with the daily structure and in everyday life
• Observation and assessment of the state of health
• Documentation of the care and accompaniment
• Cooperation with the interdisciplinary treatment team

Your profile

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Experience in psychiatry is an advantage
• Good German language skills
• High social competence and empathy
• Resilience and sense of responsibility
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility
