Nurse Reha Neurology

In neurological rehabilitation, you accompany people after stroke, traumatic brain injury, or other neurological diseases back into a more independent everyday life. In Bad Ragaz, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH with a workload of 80 – 100 %. You will take over rehabilitative care, specifically activate patients in their daily routine, and work closely with therapy, doctors, and relatives on individual rehab goals. What awaits you in this responsible task • Care and support of patients in neurological rehabilitation • Implementation of activating, resource-oriented rehabilitation care • Assumption of daily responsibility and participation in work organization • Close, constructive cooperation in the interdisciplinary treatment team • Ensuring quality of care and continuity in the nursing process • Accompanying and supporting HF/FH students as well as apprentices Fachfrau or Fachmann Gesundheit What you bring with you • Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl.
