Your mission Lead our support team in Ticino with clarity, energy and team spirit Coordinate and optimize interventions: from commissioning to maintenance, to fault resolution Be the technical point of reference for the team in the most complex challenges of heat pumps and refrigeration systems Bring structure to processes and develop them continuously Build skills, enhance talents and create a strong and autonomous team In the first 9 months you will work operationally in the service during training; subsequently 50% in the office and 50% field activity Collaborate closely with the headquarters in German-speaking Switzerland and contribute actively with your ideas.
