Install and monitor energy and fluid meters, ensure data transmission to the BMS, and guarantee metering reliability. Implement key performance indicators (KPI) in collaboration with various departments to correlate energy consumption with production activities. Study and deploy optimization actions on steam and compressed air networks. Carry out leak detection campaigns on the compressed air network. Manage energy optimization projects on HVAC installations (before/after measurements, analysis of results, recommendations, and deployment). Study possibilities for improving HVAC systems and conduct associated tests. Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to identify and implement solutions to reduce energy consumption while respecting GMP constraints. Your profile Technical training (Engineer, Bachelor or Senior Technician) in the fields of energy, utilities, industrial engineering or equivalent. Good knowledge of energy management and optimization. Experience in monitoring industrial technical projects. Ability to carry out operational field activities: measurements, readings, controls and analyses. Strong interpersonal skills allowing for exchange with Production, Maintenance, Quality teams and external partners. Autonomous, dynamic, pragmatic and results-oriented person. Experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP environment is an important asset. Sought skills Industrial utilities (HVAC, steam, compressed air, industrial water). Energy metering and data analysis.
