For our client, an established medium-sized construction company in structural engineering, we are looking for an experienced Polier in the area of new construction. The company realizes demanding residential, commercial, and industrial buildings and places great value on quality, teamwork, and efficient construction processes.

Job description ##

• Organization and leadership of construction sites in the area of new construction
• Coordination of daily construction processes and the employees deployed
• Planning and monitoring of deadlines, quality, and occupational safety
• Cooperation with construction management, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Material procurement as well as control of the performed work
• Reporting and documentation of construction progress

We expect ##

• Completed training in the main construction industry (e.g., Maurer EFZ)
• Further training to Polier or several years of experience as a Vorarbeiter / Polier in structural engineering
• Experience in leading construction site teams
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B mandatory
