Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionThe Technical Excellence Manager is responsible for overarching technical topics/projects in the building and supports the various departments within and outside the Manufacturing Unit (MU) in stabilization and continuous improvement. This requires very good knowledge of operating processes and facilities, a high degree of technical understanding as well as very good organizational skills for project processing.The OpportunityMatrix leadership of all trades and interfaces, support in personnel selection and onboarding as well as promotion of team culture and preparation of huddles.Central interface to Assets, Asset Care and support functions as well as detailed planning of all activities and ensuring the flow of information.Planning and implementation of interruption phases, high-level overview of planned downtimes as well as leading and moderating meetings and huddles.Creation and maintenance of GxP-relevant documents, data analyses and key figure evaluations as well as conducting A3 problem solvings and RCAs.Participation in Gemba Walks, ensuring GMP-compliant production as well as support during inspections and audits, launches and transfers.Technical representative as SME for compliance with safety and environmental regulations to promote operational safety and implementation of measures for accident prevention.Continuous improvement of productivity and costs through the application of Lean Production System methods, cost-conscious working and process optimization. Who you areCompleted studies, preferably in a technical field, or corresponding training with many years of professional experience.Several years of professional experience within the Manufacturing Unit.Knowledge of safety, quality systems and GMP.Very good organizational skills and project management competencies.Ability to implement lean and agile ways of working.Very good German and English skills.Planning of complex interruptions in a pharmaceutical production.Ready for the next step?
