Technical Sales Clerk (m/f)

On exclusive behalf of our client, a renowned, market-leading mechanical engineering company in its industry based in the Winterthur area, we are looking for a Technical Sales Clerk (m/f) # immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile role, you will advise national and international customers on the innovative products of your company. You are responsible for order processing from A to Z (offers, deliveries, invoices), coordinate orders for various projects with customers, and undertake versatile activities in sales administration as well as dispatching. Furthermore, you will provide support for tasks in product management and actively participate in the introduction of new products, including pricing. You recognize market trends and can implement them successfully. For your customers, you are the competent contact person for product questions and advise them in German and English as well as in French. The close cooperation with various internal departments (e.g., AVOR, purchasing, marketing) makes your activity additionally exciting and versatile. To be successful in this responsible position, you have completed a basic commercial vocational training or have a technical background and have completed further commercial training (e.g., Technical Clerk). You have already been able to gain several years of experience in a similar role in sales administration and order processing (industry) with the consultation of international customers. You communicate with style in German, English (written and spoken) and very well in French. In addition, you bring good MS Office knowledge, as well as experience in dealing with ERP systems (SAP, Navision, ProAlpha, etc.).
