As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH with experience in monitoring or acute care, you want to contribute your expertise in a demanding clinical environment and take on responsibility. For a client in Basel Land, we are looking for a committed personality for the Intermediate Care Unit at a workload of 80 to 100 %, starting immediately or by arrangement. You will care for patients with an increased need for monitoring and work in a collegial team that lives quality, cooperation, and continuous development.

What awaits you in this responsible task

• Care and support of patients on the Intermediate Care Unit with eight beds
• Taking over shift leadership and coordination of daily ward operations
• Participation in the Skill and Grade Mix on the intensive care unit within the framework of tandem nursing
• Monitoring and accompanying patients with complex clinical pictures
• Interprofessional cooperation with doctors and other specialist departments
• Participation in specialist groups as well as in the further development of processes and quality standards
• Working according to the principles of a modern Lean Hospital

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent training such as Bachelor of Science in Nursing,

examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP

• Certificate of competency in monitoring care or IMC course, or the willingness to complete this
• Professional experience in an acute care hospital
• High patient orientation and strong organizational skills
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
