In this context, we are recruiting a Head to support the development of our ambulatory surgery center and its endoscopy activity. What will you be doing? Managing the operational management of the ambulatory surgery center (day clinic and endoscopy activity) Planning and optimizing patient flow and programming in a logic of efficiency Supervising, coordinating, and federating a multidisciplinary team (approx. 21 EPT) Supervising the integration, supervision, and training of employees and students Guaranteeing the quality, safety, and continuity of care throughout the patient's journey Participating in the development and strategic orientations of ambulatory activity Anticipating changes in activity and proposing organizational adaptations Deploying continuous improvement approaches and managing performance indicators Promoting collaboration with specialist doctors and anesthetists as well as all accredited doctors Collaborating in the management of certification and quality audits and contributing to institutional projects Applying directives and promoting institutional projects Ensuring good information transmission upwards, downwards, and transversally with all partners Who will you be working with? In the day clinic, our team consists of 10 nurses and 1 nursing assistant in endoscopy and ambulatory services. It's a solidarity, polyvalent, always smiling, and dynamic team. The team's motto is "Mutual aid, empathy, and gourmet spirit". In the interventional department, our team is composed of 8 nurses and 4 technical assistants in endoscopy and ambulatory services. It's a solidarity and dynamic team, experienced and always curious to develop new skills and activities. The team's motto is "Good mood, rigor, and sweets". What are we expecting from you? The essentials: Holding a degree in nursing, operating room technician, or an equivalent title, ideally complemented by management training (CAS, DAS, or MAS) Justifying confirmed experience in team management in a hospital environment Having significant experience in the operating room, ideally as an instrumentist or circulant, with a good understanding of surgical requirements Possessing a strong ability to structure, organize, and prioritize in a demanding environment Your assets: Having experience in setting up or transforming ambulatory activity Mastering the specific challenges of endoscopy (flow, programming, safety) Demonstrating the ability to accompany change, mobilize teams, and transform organizations Being a force of proposal and carrying a dynamic of continuous improvement Showing interest in organizational and technological innovations in health Why choose La Clinique de La Source?
