Our family-like institution in Zollbrück in the Emmental with Bio-Demeter agriculture has a residential permit with 8 client places and an IVSE recognition. Our residential home is spacious and barrier-free, rebuilt after a total fire and moved into in Nov. 2024. For the versatile and interesting daily work routine, we are urgently looking for reinforcement. Depending on qualifications and experience, it is possible to take on responsibility. Our clientele is cognitively impaired and between 17 and 40 years old. The areas of work in the accompaniment of the clients in the residential home concern: housekeeping, leisure, night rest services and WE-care. The accompaniment in the work and workshop area are housekeeping, agriculture and garden. The agriculture has 16 hectares of land. We care for cattle, sheep, chickens daily and depending on the season are busy with haymaking, harvesting, storing, processing, fencing, wood, etc. Call me, I will be happy to answer your questions.
