Sales Engineer

• 03 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • CHF 120 - 130 /year • Vaud, 1000 Lausanne On behalf of one of our partners, we are looking for a specialist in commercial development in the field of industrial refrigeration. Sales Engineer Mission Your role is to develop the sales of equipment, installations, and services in the Swiss Romande region, with occasional coverage of the rest of the country. You will work with clients from various sectors. Responsibilities: • Develop sales of equipment, installations, and services in industrial refrigeration across the entire Swiss Romande region and nationally, targeting various sectors: chemistry, petrochemistry, agri-food, industrial processes, ice rinks, and specific applications. • Strengthen commercial presence by collaborating with local agencies, study offices, and partners, while building proactive relationships with prospects. • Develop technical and commercial offers in coordination with the project department, ensuring technical relevance, tariff competitiveness, and respect for deadlines. • Ensure order intake with optimal margins, while maintaining a balance between risks and opportunities and customer satisfaction. • Monitor the technical and financial execution of contracts in support of account managers and validate contract terms with the commercial management, finance, and legal departments. • Communicate client QSSE requirements (quality, safety, environment) to the execution teams and ensure the application of the group's internal policies. Sought profile • Higher education in climate engineering, thermal engineering, or industrial engineering. • 10 years of experience in the sale of industrial refrigeration solutions or energy installations. • Proven experience in portfolio development and ability to create a client base from scratch. • Very good knowledge of the Swiss market. • Solid understanding of the technical challenges related to industrial installations. Languages • Current French. • Professional English required, level B2-C1 • German is an asset but not essential for the region.
