A ludothecary at 25% with evolution to 50% - Ludothèque Pâquis-Sécheron (Genève)

Contribute to the activities of the ludotheque, notably in the following areas: Welcoming users and lending games; Creation and arrangement of thematic spaces; Organization of animations at the ludotheque and elsewhere, such as ludotheque parties, game evenings, neighborhood parties, outdoor afternoons and playful family activities; Research, management, handling and classification of games and toys; Ensure the management of the social networks and the website of the ludotheque; Design, organize and propose playful activities in connection with the neighborhood and other reception structures, in order to promote animation and conviviality. Training for the Fonctions d’Encadrement des activités du Temps Libre (FFETL - CEFOC): module 1 of this training is required, CFC ASE or any training deemed equivalent Marked creativity and solid manual skills An excellent interpersonal relationship with all generations, a passion for play and the desire to transmit it to others. At least 5 years of experience in the social and/or associative field Fruitful experience in teamwork Experience as a volunteer ludothecary would be an asset A good knowledge of the social system and the Geneva associative network A keen sense of social and human relations, as well as a pronounced taste for collaborative work with various partners Integrate within a dynamic team of 6 people A good knowledge of IT tools / basic office software French is the working language; good knowledge is essential The position requires a certain flexibility and availability to participate in specific animations outside of regular hours Work, on Tuesdays from 13h30 to 18h45, Wednesdays from 14h00 to 17h45, as well as an average of one Saturday morning per month from 9h00 to 12h15.
