To strengthen our team, we are looking for a: Head of Human Resources (80% - 100%) ### Your tasks with us: ##### • Technical and personnel management of the HR team with two employees • HR Business Partner for two business areas • Strategic development of HR management in agreement with management and company goals • Advising management and executives on personnel-related, labor law, and organizational issues • Active participation in personnel and organizational development, particularly in the areas of leadership, employer attractiveness, and employee retention • Overall responsibility for the Employee Lifecycle - from personnel recruitment to care, development, and retention to departure • Ensuring correct, timely, and legally compliant payroll processing • Providing and analyzing relevant HR key figures as a basis for control, budget planning, absence management, and decision-making • Co-responsibility for planning, controlling, and adhering to the personnel budget • Initiating and leading HR projects to optimize processes, structures, and instruments Our expectations of you: ##### • Federal HR specialist certificate or comparable training with a focus on Human Resources • Several years of professional experience in HR consulting and leadership responsibility • In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor, social insurance, and wage law • Pronounced consulting and communication skills as well as a confident demeanor • High social competence, empathy, and pleasure in dealing with people • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work • Discretion, sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurial thinking • Very good German language skills in word and writing What you can look forward to: ##### • A responsible key position with a lot of creative leeway • A motivated team that wants to achieve something together • Direct collaboration with management and short decision-making paths • The opportunity to bring in your own ideas and implement them sustainably • A modern and appreciative work environment • Attractive employment conditions • Individual development and further training opportunities Do you want to enrich our foundation with your committed personality?
