SME Administrator (3 employees)

Our client is a small, personally managed family business in advertising technology based in the Pfäffikon SZ region. With a well-coordinated team of three employees, customers are supported individually and orders are implemented in an uncomplicated manner with short decision-making paths.

YOUR TASKS:

• Receipt and processing of telephone and written customer inquiries
• Receipt and recording of orders
• Coordination and monitoring of orders in daily business
• Ordering and procurement of required materials
• Ensuring the flow of information and internal communication
• General administrative and organizational tasks
• Supporting the small team wherever a helping hand is needed

YOUR PROFILE:

• Commercial training or corresponding professional experience
• Experience as an administrator, ideally in a smaller SME
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and telephone work
• Independent, reliable and well-organized way of working
• Open-minded, uncomplicated and down-to-earth personality
• You think ahead, take responsibility and appreciate short decision-making paths
• You feel comfortable in a small team where there is not a separate department responsible for every task
