Diplomate Nursing Specialist HF/FH with Additional Function of Vocational Training (w/m/d), Area of Intensive Care, 80 - 100 % The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of competence. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be extensively modernized and expanded with 86 new senior apartments in the next few years. The Intensive Care nursing department stands for highly specialized, professional, and humane care. We care for and support people of all ages who are in need of intensive care, with respect and at a high level of expertise. The focus is on complex care situations such as severe head injuries, coma, ventilation, and other neurological diseases. Currently, the High Care Levels department has 10 care places. With the move into the new building, the area will be expanded to a total of 25 places from autumn 2026. For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a technically competent, reliable, and committed person as a Diplomate Nursing Specialist HF/FH with Additional Function of Vocational Training (w/m/d) immediately or by agreement. You will support us: You will accompany and support our trainees and HF students in their daily work and ensure the high quality of practical training You will work closely with our vocational training responsible for nursing and with other vocational trainers You will ensure the care and support of our residents within the framework of reference care, including professional and evidence-based care You will also perform medical-technical measures in addition to nursing tasks You will take on daily responsibility You will carefully maintain the care documentation You can convince us: You have completed training as a Dipl.
