Job Description

• Programming CNC milling machines with Mastercam as well as ISO programming (Siemens Sinumerik).
• Machining demanding workpieces on 4- and 5-axis machines.
• Developing clamping concepts and setting up the tools.
• Manufacturing individual parts, prototypes, and small series (up to max. 50 pieces).
• Independent measuring and checking of your components according to ISO 17025.
• Optimizing machining processes.

Desired Profile

• Polymechaniker EFZ or practitioner with much experience in CNC milling machining.
• Mastercam programming mandatory.
• Experience with 4-/5-axis machining - more axes an advantage.
• Confident handling of stainless steel and special stainless steel (e.g.
• Precise working in the range of 2-5 hundredths.
• Very good German skills mandatory.
• Discipline, reliability, and a clean way of working.
