YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Leading complex contract negotiations with international suppliers (structuring and negotiating framework agreements with strategic suppliers)
• Evaluation and cross-functional management of legal issues (e.g., CRA, Data Act) with engineering, purchasing, and project management
• Translation of complex customer contract requirements into robust and scalable supplier contracts
• Support of claim and dispute topics with suppliers
• Co-shaping digitalization (use and further development of Legal-AI) and standardization of contract processes

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Master or Bachelor FH/Uni in business law with relevant professional experience of at least 5 years in contract management / purchasing / legal
• Professional experience in the Swiss legal system
• Assertiveness and negotiation skills
• Business fluent German and English skills
• Experience in the contractual securing of technical requirements in the procurement context for the manufacture of complex capital goods with a long service life is an advantage
