On our ward, we care for 32 neurological patients in twin rooms. Organization takes place in two areas, each led by interprofessional teams with different qualifications. Our patients often require comprehensive support in everyday life due to their illnesses. We guarantee professionally competent, empathic and respectful care according to recognized concepts such as Bobath, Kinästhetik and F.O.T.T. A versatile range of tasks from basic and treatment care requires specialist competence and a sense of responsibility. An open and constructive error culture is just as self-evident to us as the close interdisciplinary cooperation that ensures holistic care.
