• Completed training as a specialist in facility management, caretaker, or basic training in the HVACS field
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Sound technical understanding as well as manual dexterity
• Good IT user knowledge
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working

What defines you.

You look after several properties on-site and are the contact person for our customers in the field of building technology. Your area of responsibility includes the following activities:

• You look after objects on-site and are the first contact person for our customers and users.
• You ensure the technical and infrastructural operation of the properties.
• You carry out repair and maintenance work on building technical systems and facilities.
• You coordinate and monitor service and maintenance work on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems.
• You prepare offers and support the implementation of customer orders.
• You participate in the planning and realization of projects.
• You undertake on-call services and contribute to trouble-free operation.
