BALIK salmon, described by most salmon lovers as the finest smoked salmon in the world, is produced exclusively according to a strictly guarded recipe, with great dedication and love for the craft, on a farm in the idyllic Toggenburg, more precisely in Ebersol. In this way, a product with the perfect harmony of salmon, salt, and smoke is created in pure manual labor. All production steps are always carried out by hand – a true masterpiece.

For our BALIK Kitchen Restaurant in Zürich at Globus Bahnhofstrasse, we need reinforcement.

• Greeting and looking after our guests
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks
• Ensuring a smooth service process
• Preparation and maintenance of the dining area
• Arranging and presenting drinks
• Support in the implementation of functions and events
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Creating a positive and unforgettable gastronomy experience

Your profile – what you bring with you:

• Completed training in gastronomy or several years of professional experience in the service area
• High service and guest orientation
• Excellent German skills as well as good English skills, other languages an advantage
• Impeccable manners and a winning, sympathetic appearance
• Resilience, flexibility, and a high awareness of quality
• Joy in working with high-quality products and in the implementation of high-end gastronomy
