Job description
In our production facility in Bleienbach, we manufacture high-quality doctor blades. To strengthen our well-coordinated team in the slitting department, we are looking for a motivated individual. If you are looking for a varied activity where precision, technical understanding and quality awareness are required, then you have come to the right place!

Your main tasks
As part of our production team in our slitting department, you will undertake versatile tasks, including:
Independent operation of our slitting and rounding machines
Processing and rounding doctor blades as well as ensuring the required quality
Performing maintenance and cleaning work on the machines
Carrying out initial quality checks of the produced goods
Recording production data and making entries in the ERP system
Support in other areas as required

Your profile
For this position, we are looking for a committed and team-oriented personality. In addition, you bring the following:
Basic mechanical training or technical understanding with manual dexterity
A precise, reliable and careful way of working
Enjoyment in working with machines and plants
A flexible and team-oriented personality with good social competence
Good written and spoken German skills
IT user knowledge is an advantage
