Your Tasks

• You act as an employee / backup in daily operations and in the team.
• Your main activities include the daily support and advice of PEP users.
• Training and support of PEP users of all occupational groups are also part of your tasks.
• You handle the processing of monthly closings in PEP as well as the data export of variable wage data and absences from PEP to HOSPIS.
• Your area of responsibility includes reconciling sickness absences with medical certificates in the tool.
• You take on process and application responsibility in PEP.
• We count on your cooperation in creating and updating documentation.
• You make a valuable contribution through controlling and the creation of statistics for various contact persons.
• Participation in working groups for interface projects in relation to PEP rounds off your area of responsibility.

Your Profile

• Completed basic training in the healthcare sector with professional experience
• Very good IT user knowledge and a pronounced flair for IT topics, including dealing with databases and creating evaluations
• Experience in resource and personnel deployment planning or scheduling, preferably with Polypoint PEP, RAP and DIS

Your Salary ##

Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 90'000 and 106'000 Franken per year.

The exact salary level depends on your education and professional experience. In the course of the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may, in individual cases, also be classified below the salary range. In many cases, allowances are paid for irregular working hours. Further salary development depends on your performance and the financial possibilities of the Eleonorenstiftung.
